Rules + policies.

Posted at the gate, on every cabin door, and here. Read these before you book. They keep the campground running smoothly for everyone.

Rules are strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No radios will be played during quiet hours.

Rules for happy camping

  • No campfire wood is allowed to be brought in to the campground. Do not move fire rings. Buy firewood at the camp store.
  • You are allowed 1 tent or 1 trailer per site. One camping unit only.
  • Speed limit is 3 MPH in the park. You will receive only one warning.
  • All visitors must register at the office. No visitor cars allowed in the park, all visitor cars must remain in the front parking lot. There is a daily fee for visitors using our facility. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors exiting the property by 10 p.m.
  • All vehicles must register in office and display campground tag while on park property.
  • Rugs are not allowed, you may use approved camping mats only.
  • Pull-through sites: keep all tires on the gravel only, keep off the grass.
  • ATV / UTV / ORV riding is strictly prohibited on park property. The riding of any UTV, ATV, gas or electrically powered off-road vehicle, golf cart, scooter or toy is strictly prohibited on park property. All ATV, UTV or ORV must remain in the front lot. See the staging area info.
  • EV charging is prohibited.
  • Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates, or contain vulgarity / profanity are prohibited. Campers are here to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
  • Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior. Small children should be accompanied at all times.
  • Garbage: please help keep the park clean. All waste should be placed in the dumpster. Leave site clean on departure. No garbage in fire rings.
  • Do not ride bicycles or rented bikes on any decks.
  • Fireworks, firecrackers, Chinese lanterns, and drones are prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave. Sparklers are okay with adult supervision.
  • Check-out time is noon for sites and 11 a.m. for cabins.
  • Please respect other campers by not walking through their sites.
  • Rowdiness, profanity, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Management assumes no responsibility for accidents or damage to personal property or persons.
  • No parking anywhere other than the site you rented. Additional parking is available in the front lot.
  • Have a safe and happy camping experience.

Pet policy

We welcome friendly pets on campsites. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Bull Mastiffs are not allowed, nor are any aggressive dogs of any kind. If you have a pet that resembles any of the restricted breeds, you must provide proof from your vet that he or she is not of the restricted breeds.

Pets are welcome in air-conditioned units only, not in tents. Keep your pets under control, on a 6-ft leash, and quiet at all times. Clean up after your pets immediately. Do not allow your dog to dig holes in the ground.

Do not leave your pet unattended at your site. Be courteous to other campers and don't walk your pet through other campers' sites. Tying your pet to our trees, water spigots, fencing, etc. is not permitted.

Our cabins are not pet-friendly. Anyone checking into a cabin cannot check in with any animals.


Cancellation policy

Cancellations 31 days or more before your check-in date receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee for sites or $25 cancellation fee for cabins.

Cancellations 30 days or less from your check-in date result in loss of deposit.

There are no refunds or credits for cancellations on holiday weekends.

Camping is an outdoor experience. There are no refunds or credits due to the discomfort of Mother Nature.


Check-in + check-out

Check-out time is noon for sites and 11 a.m. for cabins. Check-in times are confirmed when we accept your reservation. If you're arriving late, call us at 989-826-5590 and we'll work it out.


Day + overnight guests

Rates include 2 adults + minor children. Extra adults $5/day, max 4 adults total per site.

Extra overnight guests are $5 per guest. Day guests are $5 per guest and must leave the park by 10 p.m.

Eviction notice

Anyone found in violation of these campground rules will be evicted without refund under Public Act #162 (Campground Eviction Law).
